Notice Regarding Change in Representative Directors
Canon Marketing Japan Inc. (the "Company") has announced today the Board of Directors' resolution concerning the change in Representative Directors.
The appointments of the Representative Directors are subject to the ratification at the 50th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 28, 2018 and also the approval of resolutions at the Company's Board of Directors' meeting scheduled subsequently.
1. Purpose of the change
The purpose of the change is to strengthen the management setup in order to further develop the Company's business and establish foundation for profits.

New Position: Representative Director, Senior Managing Director
3. Resigning Representative Director
Name: Haruo Murase
Current Position: Representative Director, Chairman (will assume a new position as Senior Advisor after resignation)
