Canon Marketing Japan Inc. (the "Company") announces that Canon IT Solutions Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has decided to purchase the shares of Toyo Business Engineering Corporation (Stock Code: 4828; Tokyo Stock Exchange (First Section)). Details are as follows.
